Each member attends a training class of their own free will.
Each member must complete a health waiver prior to training, and agree to its terms and conditions. This can be done by creating an account on www.bootcampireland.com in Mind body Online.
Bootcamp Ireland reserve the right to refuse admission or to eject a participant without refund for behaviour likely to cause damage, injury or nuisance to themselves or to others.
We reserve the right to decline membership if we feel that the bootcamp ireland training sessions are not suitable for the individual.
It is the sole responsibility of every member to inform the instructor of the class of any injury or reason that they cannot train or exercise.
Should any member feel any injury at any time during or before any Bootcamp class, they must immediately inform the instructor and refrain from training until they seek professional medical advice to do so.
The instructions and directions given by the instructor are done so at their own discretion and must be adhered to for the safety of each individual unless (see next point)
If any member feels for any reason that they cannot do the exercise or activity in the class, they must inform the instructor, who may in turn, at their own discretion, suggest an alternative if she feels suitable, or refrain from doing that exercise/activity on that occasion.
The Bootcamp Ireland instructor or Bootcamp Ireland cannot be held responsible for injuries caused during the course of the training session as injuries are possible.
Bootcamp Ireland sessions occassionally go outside the parameters of a standard fitness training program, that you may be used to (in the gym etc) and each member attends of their own free will
Bootcamp Ireland cannot be held responsible for lost, damaged or stolen property during any Bootcamp training session.
Bootcamp Ireland Instructors or Team will not mind members property during training, ie jewelery, keys etc.
Classes, times and locations are subject to change and cancellation. In such cases alternative classes and/or locations will be offered.
Fees cannot be carried forward to the next session. If you miss classes for whatever reason, work, holidays, family engagements, injuries, illness, laziness etc., we WILL NOT give refunds or carry forward classes, or transfer your membership, or suspend your membership under any circumstances. SO PLEASE DO NOT ASK.
All 6 and 24 week memberships must be completed on the final date of the 6 week block purchased.
Notices will be posted on the website, and Facebook//Instagram, so it is up to each member to regularly check this for updated information.
It is up to each member to attend as many of the classes during any paid session. Remember, Saturday classes are there as a bonus for any paid up members, to attend for free to help you make up for a missed class during your current session or to get an extra workout! The Saturday class details can be found on www.bootcampireland.com .
Bootcamp Ireland training will go ahead in all weather conditions, rain, snow, sleet, sunshine, storm etc., unless stated.
On occasion, a venue may prohibit us from training there due to hazardous conditions, this is for the public’s safety, and should this occur, you are free to attend another class that week, however please note, refunds will not be given or classes carried forward for this occasion.
It is the responsibility of each member to clearly give either a mobile number and/or email address at registration, where they can be reached up to 1 hour prior to any training session.
On occasion, Bootcamp Ireland may need to change a training location or time for unforeseen circumstances, in the event of this occurrence, Bootcamp Ireland may notify members 1 hour prior to the scheduled time, by email or text or facebook.
On occasion, bank holiday classes may run or be subject to change, all 6 week members will be communicated with or details will be posted on the website and or Facebook, and this class will not be compensated should such an instance occur, however exceptions may be made at the discretion of management.
Any changes will be brought to your attention. It is the responsibility of every Bootcamp Member to keep up to date with Bootcamp News & Events listed on the website and/or Facebook.
Should your contact details change while you are still a Bootcamp member, you are responsible for updating your information on your account on Mind Body.
Each member must wear appropriate training attire during any class or activity.
Should you not know what the appropriate attire is, you can contact Bootcamp Ireland to inquire.
Should the scheduled instructor not be present for a training session, alternative arrangements may be made for the class. This may include a temporary replacement or otherwise. This decision will be up to the discretion of Bootcamp organizers or selected members.
In the case of the above point or similar, there will be no refund or carry forward of classes, as Saturdays classes are provided for free for these type of situations, and if you cannot attend the Saturday classes, this is your choice. Saturday classes may be cancelled without reason or recourse.
Notice will be posted on facebook should this occur.
It is the responsibility of each member to inform the instructor if they feel they require additional warm up or cooling down at any class.
Press shots may be taken from time to time during any training session, should any member not wish to have their picture or name published, they must inform Bootcamp at registration by email, and not after the shots have been taken and produced,
Any activities, social nites, holidays, hikes etc put on by Bootcamp Ireland may have additional charges, which will be clearly outlined on announcement or prior to event.
It is up to each member to arrange their own insurance for any of these events or similar, you will not be insured by Bootcamp Ireland.
Bootcamp Ireland classes are run with an ‘at your own pace’ policy, however the instructors and team are there to push you to train at your hardest.
If you feel that you cannot keep up the pace that is being set for you, it’s up to you to pull out of the activity or to mention it to the instructor that you will train at a lesser pace.
Bootcamp Ireland Instructors and/or team use terms and phrases throughout the classes to encourage and motivate members, it is not our intention to offend anyone, so please don’t take it personally.
Classes are instructed by real military personel (at almost every class).
Bootcamp Ireland or Bootcamp instructors are not responsible for Bootcamp members during any activities, social nites, hikes, weekends away, games, runs, etc organized during any session.
‘Extra Weeks’ are subject to certain terms & conditions of use. They must be applied for in advance and can only be redeemed on purchase of a full 6 or 24 week session following the session in question.
Members email addresses occasionally block incoming emails, and Bootcamp Ireland emails may not reach your inbox. This is not the responsibility of Bootcamp Ireland, however notices are placed on facebook.
Bootcamp members must comply to any amendments made to Rules and Regulations.
Bootcamp training sessions operate in different locations, and are made up of a variety of resources, class numbers (large and small), conditions and surfaces including, outdoors, indoors, gym halls, parks, weights rooms, grass, tarmac, concrete, astro, dimly lit areas, brightly lit areas, confined spaces, large spaces, rough terrain, hills, wet conditions, forest areas, etc.
Members who are unsure of what type of location and surface you are booked in for, should contact Bootcamp Ireland by email for details. Once you are registered, Bootcamp Ireland will not refund members due to dissatisfaction of your class surroundings or conditions.
On occasion, entrance and exits may close at some of our locations, at different times. This is beyond our control, and classes are timed according to times provided by management at time of booking.
Bootcamp will assist should this occur but cannot be held responsible for members should alternative arrangements be required in the event of being locked in to a location.
Due to daylight savings, class times may also be subject to change throughout a session, and this is beyond our control and is for the safety of all members.
Bootcamp may not provide toilet or changing facilities. It is up to each member to come prepared.
Should any member require any specific medical aids or otherwise (eg, inhaler, supports etc), it is up to that member to disclose this information to the instructor prior to each class, and ensure that they have it with them. This member may not be allowed to train without it for safety reasons.
If a member arrives late to any class, they will not be allowed to participate for their own safety and the safety of other members. No discounts will be give should this occur.
Should a member arrive at any class after it has started, they may not join in without notifying team or instructor as they will not be insured.
Classes, times and locations are subject to change and cancellation. In cases of cancellation alternatives locations will be offered when possible.
