GREG
Greg is one of our newest Instructors who has both the likeable and the tough going on at the same time! He plays Rugby for Irish 7’s and has represented Ireland in the Youth Olympics for Athletics. He is also a qualified Pilates instructor and since moving to Dublin, has joined our team of Instructors for both Mummy Bootcamp and Regular Bootcamp classes. His strength and conditioning regimes and second to none, and it shows in his abilities to get everyone working out to a level they didn’t know they could. #gregoshea

Alan is another one of our impressively accomplished Instructors. With more than eight years PTI experience, Alan has decided to train in recruits in the form of Bootcampers! As a Bootcamp Instructor not only does he know the best techniques to get you in shape and fighting fit, but he’s a bit of a comedian too…so keep an eye out for his act out there! If ever you get lost in the parks, don’t worry, he’s a trained mountain navigator and a pro in orienteering so you’re sure to find your way back to the car park in one piece!

Our Resident Wonder Woman! Aoife is a Stunt Performer/Driver by day and instructor by night. With her ‘on-set’ discipline of long days and nights if anyone knows how to get a crowd motivated and working to their max it’s Aoife! Her influences range from kickboxing, to dance, to Armed Combat to Gymnastics so you’re guaranteed a varied and diverse session every time and her mission is to constantly evolve her classes so that members are pushed to the max of their ability! Barry has been a Bootcamp Fitness Instructor from the very beginning in 2004. He is NCEHS qualified and has studied the body through sports science for the last couple of years, all of which he brings on board his classes. His team training techniques gives Bootcampers the enjoyment of training in a group and pushing themselves beyond their boundaries. His pastimes included an array of Martial Arts & Pilates which keeps him on top of things! Barry has also been a keen Tri-athlete for a number of years now and has taken part in Triathlons all around Ireland.

Brian is seasoned PTI instructor and has been Instructing for over five years. Brian is a great motivator and it is clear how he was so successful training Senior GAA Teams, bringing them all the way to All Ireland Championships. As well as this, Brian is a keen Soccer fan and runner. Putting us all to shame, Brian has competed in the gruelling Dead Sea Marathon in Israel and the Amsterdam Marathon where he achieved his personal best! Keeping this in mind you’ll understand why he’ll be pushing you to your limits…because he’s been there, done that!

Having played sport at a scholarship level Daniel is first and foremost a massive sports fan! He was part of the Defence Forces team where he learned many ways to improve endurance, Agility and speed work through HIIT & Interval training; he applies his fitness techniques to every bootcamp session. In his classes he can promise your fitness levels will be tested with a variety of circuits. He has trained football teams in and out of the Defence forces and has a passion for HIIT Training which helps all aspects of training. He is always looking for the next big thing in fitness and promises a tough but enjoyable session.

John has been involved in sports his whole life – His Wife says he’s Sports Mad (which is probably true). Playing GAA, Soccer, Tennis, Basketball, Squash to name but a few. We think it’s down mostly to the competitive streak in him. He is NCEF qualified and studying for a degree in Exercise and Fitness and also coaches GAA teams in strength and conditioning. He has ran 2 marathons and many half marathons – and his aim now is to continue with the running but have a real go and completing some Duathlon’s and Adventure Races! He’s a firm believer in the Bootcamp method of Fitness training – ‘The cross training affect that you get with a Bootcamp class give you a full body work out! This coupled with a sensible diet will have you flying fit in no time!’

Eoin has been a Bootcamp Fitness Instructor from the very start. He is NCEHS qualified which he brings on board his classes. His background outside of Bootcamp is in boxing and triathlons and you can see him bringing these techniques to every class. He is also an avid diver within the Army having explored the waters throughout the world. He is a keen motivator and will keep you at full tilt for the full 60 minutes!

Graham is our keen eyed instructor; one look with his baby blues and anyone will do what he tells them, even if it is burpees! His early years were spent both long and short distance running and he uses this dedication and discipline in all his bootcamp sessions. You can expect a great mix of fast paced, quick turning drills to slow endurance muscle busters!

Jason has 22 years of the military under his belt; he is still playing senior hurling and football. Having trained numerous army recruits and GAA teams he has so much diversity to bring to the classes that will have you coming back for more. His classes are very popular due to their unique style with the equipment he uses, helping to get the most out of members. His personal fitness alone is inspiration enough for some of our Bootcampers and with his qualifications in army style circuits, LME and Aerobic/Anaerobic training, we know that you will enjoy his sessions time and time again.

Joey has been involved in fitness training within the defence forces for over 17 year’s. He has participated, planned and organised 100’s of events in both mountain navigation and orienteering. His mountaineering experience extends to the Albanian Alps, The Judean Mountains, and The Golan Heights amongst others. He has been an instructor in a number training institutions within the Defence Forces for over 9 years. Joey has been a Bootcamp Ireland instructor now for over 5 years, he is NCEF, Pilates, S.A.Q and Spinning Instructor qualified, he also organises Bootcamp Ireland Orienteering and Survival training specialist sessions.

Joe has been involved in fitness training for over 20 years; he is a fountain of knowledge when it comes to making you sweat! His fitness influences are all about motivating members to push themselves to their limits while encouraging and welcoming new comers to working out – he wants everyone to get up and get active! You will never walk away from a Joe session without a smile on your face…that’s if you can walk after one of his famous squat sess’s!

Our Laois Instructor Noel has been with Bootcamp for many years, his defence forces background gives him an unmistakeable motivating style and he is master of all elements of fitness. When members see Noel coming they know they are in for a challenging and rewarding session. He is also excellent at our team building session as he knows exactly how to drive on members so that they get the best out of themselves every class.

Don’t be fooled by his smile.. Johnny is a tough task master! He is big into his weights and strength and conditioning! Whether is it lifting a 100kg barbell over his head or running until his legs stop working, Johnny has the enthusiasm to get you all motivated and working to your max! Johnny has done his tour or duty in a fancier setting, travelling the globe as a fitness instructor and working with all different types of clients, giving him a broad knowledge of sports and fitness.

Lorraine is a qualified Fitness Professional and has been running Bootcamp Ireland since the start. Her background is in Athletics and that along with her keen interest in outdoor activities and lifestyles have contributed to what Bootcamp Ireland represents today. Having travelled and lived abroad in places like California & Australia to name a couple, it has inspired her to motivate Bootcampers into getting into a healthier way of life, regardless of our Irish weather! She sails, windsurfs, hikes and has surfed in many waters, here and abroad, and is keen on other water sports which she likes to include in the Bootcamp programme. Lorraine is always eager to get outdoors and keep an active way of life.

Anne is one of our valued Bootcamp team members and has been with us for many years. Anne is always there organising everyone into their respective groups and encouraging us all to get out there training! If you are looking for a hug after a hard training session Anne is your woman! When not training in Bootcamp herself, Anne can be found hiking across a mountain or skiing down a powdery slope!

Fiona is our resident ‘try anything once’ team rep! Along with some Bootcampers from her location she completed hell and back in January…we are very proud of her achievement and the photos from the day are classics! Fiona is also the first to put up her hand for our Curragh Challenges and mountain sessions, she loves the outdoors and isn’t afraid of any of what Mother Nature might throw at her! She can be found looking after members in our morning session. Come up and say hi!

This Clontarf native joined the Bootcamp Ireland team in 2013. As a regular member before she took up the team role she knew exactly the type of motivation and support our members need when training! Jenny loves taking on a challenge, she is always setting herself fitness goals to work towards like Hell & Back in Nov 2013 and most recently Swim a Mile – both of which she completed with flying colours. We wonder what her next challenge will be! She is a big fan of the bike and pedals her way to bootcamp in Herbert Park every week!

Marguerite joined bootcamp in 2009 and became a team rep in 2011 and has never looked back! She is our resident team rep in Castleknock College and Phoenix Park where she showers our members with care and attention. She is an avid fan of skiing, coming on the Bootcamp ski trip most years! She has also completed a triathlon, loves her cycling and obviously not to forget she is a BIG fan of Bootcamp.
