A big warm welcome to Ann Govig from North Dakota who joined our team this week! Ann is a sports fanatic and with so many sporting accomplishments, she is surely going to show us a thing or two about motivation!

Ann is a top ten record holder at her University in the heptathlon and the high jump with a 1.76 jump and 800m in 2.15!

Ann loves all things healthy and is here as part of her University program to learn how we do things in this part of the world! Also a keen lover of a good read and a cuppa, after an energetic hike or anthing outdoorsy!
