WE ALL HAVE TO STAY APART TO STAY TOGETHER!
We are in uncharted waters here as the spread of Covid-19 takes over our daily lives, and we here at Bootcamp Ireland are aware of how this has impacted on us greatly, but want to ensure everyones’ well being as much as we can, and do our best to keep some classes going so you can keep getting in your exercise for your body and mind.
Needless to say, we are adhering to the strict guidelines outlined by our Government and the HSE, and will endeavour to keep social distancing our priority at all classes and eliminate the sharing of any and all equipment.
Having said that, we will still run some of our classes and all where possible and subject to Instructor availability.
As it stands now, some of our venues have closed so we are restricted, so we will hold 30 min HiiT Bootcamp classes at 10am Mon – Fri in the following locations:
Monday: Phoenix park (by the Polo Grounds) and Bushy park (by the band stand) and Deerpark (click here for map)
Tuesday: St. Endas park & Sandymount Strand
Thursday: St. Endas park
Friday: Bushy park (by the band stand) and St. Annes park
Saturdays: Will remain the same, Bushy at 9am, Herbert and Phoenix at 10:30am
EVENING CLASSES: Due to location closures for the remainder of March, we will just be in St. Annes on a Tues and Thurs at 7pm, and instead of Terenure College, we will train across the road in Bushy for the time being (please wear hi-vis for this class).
PAY AS YOU GO OPTIONS: For your friends and colleagues who may want to join us for a few classes during this time, but would rather not commit to a 6 week session, then please let the know they can do a Pay As you Go, Class passes option.
**Please be sure to keep up your fitness and get some fresh air where possible, assuming you are well and not feeling any symptoms of the virus. Also please adhere to the social distancing for the benefit of everyone. Being outdoors will be good for you and help your immune system. **
